Looking for extra hours? Corte Madera Parks & Rec is recruiting Facility Attendants, Recreation Assistants and Recreation Aide positions!
Facility Attendant
Work flexible hours on evenings and weekends. Open and close indoor facilities, help with set-up as needed and be available for questions and support while supervising the Community Center Hall or Neil Cummins Gym. This position also supports seasonal picnic area rentals, which is a great opportunity to work outdoors in our beautiful Town Park and Cove Park on weekends. This job is perfect for a college student or retiree or anyone interested in helping the community and having direct interaction with events. Compensation scale $16.50-22/hour
Recreation Assistant
Shifts available at both the front desk of the Community Center and in youth programming through Child Care/Summer Camp. Work flexible hours, generally between 8:30-5 on weekdays. Front desk responsibilities- open and close Community Center, greet clients attending programs/classes, process registrations, and provide general customer service. Rec. Assistants working with the Child Care/Summer Camp programs work a creative team to plan activities and events for children, kindergarten-5th grade. This job is perfect for a college student, retiree or anyone in between who is interested in helping the community and having direct interaction with clients of all ages.
Compensation scale is $16.50-30/hour
Recreation Aide
This is a fun part-time position working with children in our Child Care/afterschool program and/or Summer Camp. No experience necessary, although preferred. Ideal candidates enjoy working together to lead youth in activities like arts and crafts, sports, and games. Creativity is encouraged. Work flexible hours, generally between 8-6 on weekdays. This job is perfect for (but not limited to) responsible high school and college students.
Compensation begins at $15.50-19/hour
