What is the planning application review process?

The Planning Department is responsible for land use planning, implementation and maintenance of the Zoning Ordinance and General Plan, and facilitating the land use application review process, including staffing for the Planning Commission. Planning staff is available to advise members of the public and the development community regarding zoning codes, application requirements, and land use processes.
