Where did I leave my cell phone? What did I come into the kitchen for? Wasn't I supposed to call someone this afternoon? While it's true that certain brain changes are inevitable when it comes to aging, major memory problems are not one of them. Discover how to tell the difference between normal age-related forgetfulness and dementia. Learn a variety of strategies to improve your memory.
Presenter: Shannon Speaker, Family Care Associate, North Bay Alzheimer's Association
